I bought a new pc 3 days ago,
ASUS P8H67-M LE, i5 2500k, 4gig 1333, 500HDD, 400W PSU (standard PSU that came with the case) then the other normal stuff like dvd writer etc
and i also bought a new graphics card (MSI R6670 1GDR5) from another shop on the same day...
I didnt have any problems until today when i was playing shogun 2, my screen (samsung BX2331) just went blank and said no signal detected but i could still hear the music playing and the lights were still on.. i had to restart my PC for the signal to be detected again...
Ive checked all the cables and they all connected properly, i dont have a hdmi to hdmi cable yet so my monitor is connected to my graphics card with a HDMI-to-DVI cable that came with the screen.
does anyone maybe know whats wrong? the only thing i can think of is that my PSU is sh%t... but then why would that only affect me when playing shogun2 and not other games like brink and fable 3... hmmmm
