Hi

I received a wireless router (TP-LINK WR941ND) as a gift and decided to connect the lot up last night. I have a desktop (wired) and a laptop (wireless) connected to the router. After setting up the PPPoE connection for Iburst and the wireless security I am able to:

Ping the router and external sites from both machines.

Connect to IM’s like msn, skype and google talk, I can chat both text and voice.

The only thing that is not working is viewing web pages. If I open any browser (Firefox IE and opera) type a URL it says it’s connecting, it shows the status bar but after about 5 mins the page is blank and the status says done. This happens on both the desktop and laptop.

When I plug the Iburst modem directly into the laptop or desktop I can view web pages without any problems...

So what’s wrong in the router? Is there something I have to change or setup? Please help… :(

make sure your MTU is set to 1392 (in the router), And just for safety put the iBurst DNS settings on each of your machines TCP/IP settings.
