Help Please, Solly Malatsi

Just Phoned their office. Someone answered and said they would get back to me..
Hopefully its just a technical issue then.

FNB also said there was an issue with Vodacom today ... I'm still waiting for data to be allocated

On another topic, I was driving home from Clarens the other day and I like my GPS for realtime issues & traffic. I went to the VodaPay site they offered 1GB for R1 ... and they have a virtual wallet AND I had R6.00 in there for some reason. So I bought 1GB data for R1 from a virtual wallet that I didn't know I had.

I managed to do it the next day too - but the following day was R5 and I didn't have enough

How did I get money in this wallet in the first place?

Vodacom must get bent. Data prices increased after two years of 3+3GB/4+4GB sub-R200 bundle ‘specials’. WTF!
I pay R99 with Telkom for a 7.5GB +7.5GB Bundle valid for 61 days.

You also get their uncapped bundle for cheaper than this even.

Yip some hate Telkom, me I love them.

Amazing. PAYG eSIM option?

Just that network quality is not as good as Vodacom.

What is Prepaid LTE and how does it differ to data?

How does one get this, and what is Prepaid LTE?

Is it a SIM + router? Is it 4G/LTE only?
its the july catalogue - call a branch near you for more help.
this would be data sim card only.
a package, say the 40GB @ R219 per month would be payable by debit order - usually with a 2 month notice of termination agreement.
you would then need to buy an LTE router (if being used at home for multiple devices).
the routers are dirt cheap - you can get a pretty decent one from a place like cash crusaders - which will come with a 3 or 6 month warranty, for about R350.

unless really high speed is critical, LTE is good for general use.
at the one end of the house there is an elderly LTE router - speed is more than adequate for any purpose
