Could someone please help with how to pay for digital video on Amazon?
I previously bought Taken 2 and GI JOE Retaliation with no issues but when I tried last night and this morning a few times I got this msg

The help desk told me they don't accept non USA credit cards so I asked them about my previous purchases and they said that it might have been a glitch in the system? Think this is BS.
I am trying to use my FNB credit card.
Any advice on how to get around this?
