Do you want to "apply" for a container? Then you need to check Gumtree or similar for shipping companies that are selling off some of their old ones.
Do you want to apply for permission to setup the container on municipal land? You must contact your ward councilor.
Do you want to apply for permission to setup the container on private land? Then you must contact the property owner (or Julius Malema).
