Hi

I am a relatively new user of ADSL and reached my 3G cap
about a week before the end of March - subject to the normal
go slow then - thought it would reset immediately after midnight
going into the new month but access to international sites still
thwarted - when does Telkom reset? Any advice would be
appreciated.

Reset the DSL router by switching it off or try reconnecting. You need the IP to click over. Timing depends on Telkom but it should happen soon.

Some people I know are reporting delays in being uncapped tonight. You arn't the only one ...

Keep trying to reconnect.

PS: They normally uncap you at 12 sharp.

up expectantly all night. Gotta get a life.

mmmm... still no luck, any recourse to technical support or is that wishful

I have a theory:

Last two days to a bit after midnight on the last day, ADSL is super slow, because EVERYONE is downloading as much as possible...(me included )

i dont find adsl slows at all at at anytime

2 of my friends complained of slow speeds and package losses, they weren't capped yet.
