Where do i check if my area has an ADSL Exchange and How to i check if my complex has adsl lines.

The easiest would be to check with a few neighbors and see if any of them have ADSL.

You can also go here to check if your exchange supports ADSL - but its not 100% reliable.

i use http://broadbandstats.co.za/

You might also need to ask your complex manager. Ours has 2 Telkom boxes and a dedicated network planner @ Telkom that planned everything etc.
