HELP PLZ

I took DSL line 2 weeks ago. With jetspeed 520i modem. From the first day I had problems with ping and some times with my downloads. I ping the DNS server and the results are… 170/250 and many many time out and the downloads some times stop responding and am getting an error message about the speed. Because the dl speed changes from 40 to 1k ps Oh I forgot to mansion that I have 384/128
I’m calling my isp OTENET AND OTE for the line and deny everything they said that everything is ok… what can I do. I believe that the modem has a problem… and they deny replacing it with an other…

Hi there!

Most of the users here are South African and would not be able to help with this issue seeing as the ISP is far far away. ) Any friends from Greece here who have experience of OTENET services?
