Help printing booklet

I'm trying to print a booklet from word to Canon tr4500 but it jkeeps printing the second side upside down and it's also printing a6 and not a5

Can anyone help

I've tried checking the settings but I don't see anything odd

If it's only two pages check for flip on long edge, flip on short edge.
