Help: PST being sent to Outlook

Hi all!

To cut a long story short, a user has received a PST file in his email, but Outlook doesn't like it. The file is not malicious and expected.

Outlooks says it has blocked this attachment. Any idea how I can get around it?

PST files are normally big and not sent via email...

log into the e-mail account using that web interface

Then download the attachment from there.

Agreed. This would work.
I have done this in the past with big attachments.

Well, it does say:

Outlook 2007, Outlook 2003, Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2000 SP3 (but not Outlook 98 or earlier Outlook 2000 versions) allow the user to use a registry key to open up access to blocked attachments. (Always make a backup before editing the registry.) To use this key:

Well if the PST is not that big and can actually be sent via email, why dont they just ZIP it with a password ?
