So, did a Parkrun this morning and my Discovery app says I've reached my limit in terms of fitness points for the year (30k). I still have another 7 or so to go for gold status. WTF...how am I supposed to do it now???

I've done all of the online assessments and the health check.

There a million things you can do to earn points.

Glaucoma / vision test
Dental check
Colonoscopy
Flu vaccinations

I found this link very useful.

The 30k max is very annoying. I'm in November now and im maxed out. Which means 0 goals can be achieved.
Anyone in this state cant make their Apple watch goals, flight rewards or gym money back.

Uh, to 30k max only applies to points for your status. I've been at the 30k max since about July and I can still get all my active rewards goals etc. If you look at the points monitor it will say something like this:

Same here, been maxed for a while, still getting rewards every week.

Why set the status limits higher than the caps?

That just sounds totally unfair.

Caps are for individual ways of getting points. Can easily get way more points than you need for the status, just not by only doing one thing.

Does the Bio-kinetics points count towards the fitness limit? That is fitness related but it is also an assesment

I just did my health check this past Monday as a discovery wellness center (I think that's what they are called).

Blood pressure, cholesterol, weight and BMI, HIV, Blood glucose. Easy 20k for 20 mins of my time. (Could have been 25k but I am considered a fat bastard according to my BMI).
