Hi
I need a bit of help with regards to what my course of action should be.
I have a contract with Autopage(yes I know that's my first mistake), it's about a year and 2 months into the contract, in July the phone started giving problems, losing signal and phone has to be restarted to pick up signal again and also sometimes the phone just switches off and comes on again a few hours later, during this time it does not come on irrespective of what I try. So I sent the phone in to autopage who told me it will take 3 to 6 weeks, just over 7 weeks later and countless phone calls, I get the phone back. Use it for 2 days and the same thing happens, took it back in and was told i am the second customer to bring in a Samsung product to be sent in for repairs and it was returned unrepaired from the external repair centre. Anyways they sent it back in and now I got a sms quoting me R2600 for repairs. I am not sure if it is under warranty still but before I sent it in the first time for the same problem it was under warranty as it was less than a year old. Can anyone help me with regards to what I should say to them when I phone them and what my rights are with regards to the CPA.
