Help : Route unable to connect.

Hi,

I recently got my new ADSL installation and account detail from WebAfrica.

My account is is active en according to Telkom my line is syncing 10Mbs.
But when i configure my router with my logon details it fails with:

Please wait while the device is configured.

*waits....*

"Fail!!
WAN port setting is not successful, you can do this procedure again."


it is a Billion 7300GRA(wireless)

I have tried setting my router to "bridge mode" and configure a pppoe connection which wont work either. I have also tested a Billion 7300ra( old non wireless router) and the same problem persists.

any ideas?
any help would be great.
 
Have you registred on the telkom site for the new ADSL line?
The telkom shop can give you all the details for that.
 
My isp did all of that. This issues seems line related, I dunno
 
reading the error again...
"Fail!!
WAN port setting is not successful, you can do this procedure again."
could the settings on the PC maybe not be set to automatically detect the settings?
