Help! Sony TZ200 home theatre failed!

All of a sudden I get no sound from the speakers. Just the subwoofer plays, and the display says"Push Protector." Still under warranty as it's only 2 months old. Anyone have any advise? There must be a master reset to sort this out...

My center speaker on the same system stopped working about a month ago, took it back to dion wired and it worked there, back home and it doesn't work? wtf i have tried everything possible but it does not work..
If yours is still under warranty take it back.

Mmm, your issue is certainly a strange one. Maybe ask the guys to come out and test it at your place? Anyway I have to travel a distance to get the store, so was hoping to avoid taking it back. Can't I contact Sony directly?
