[HELP] Steam/wow/SCII can't connect.

My internet is connected. My twitter, irc, browser all see and connect to the internet but none of my games can connect. My wow, SCII and steam can't connect, they all react as though there is no internet connection.

Any help would be appreciated.

PS: I'm on a 386 Telkom ADSL line.

Also can't connect to steam. On Mweb.
Downloads are also very slow.
