Hi all I've managed to stuff up my connection to Telkom by trying out a different router I've plugged the D-Link 2750U back in and now I am unable to connect to anything, the set up process shows the everything is connecting and syncing but nothing happens. It seems that my account is not being verified.

Please see error message below.

Failed: verify your username and password with your internet service provider and re-submit. Reverting to the Telkom Guest Account.

I have reset my password and still nothing.

Try leaving the router unplugged from phone line for 30 minutes, then switch it off, plug into phone line and switch on again

Call Telkom and ask for a port reset.

Thanks I have unplugged from both the power on and unplugged from the landline, if this doesn't work I guess I will be dealing with the call centre at 07:00 tomorrow morning.

Well the unplugging and disconnecting of the router didn't work, guess I'll be calling the helpline and or live chat.

The logs say that the account isn't authenticating.
