Help to smoothen out the process? Please

Hi people

Any vodacom representatives?

So I upgrade my cellphone with Vodacom 3 days ago online on Smart S. The package has 200mb of data included.
Two days ago the package changes to have an additional 500mb moving it to 700mb - which is far more favorable. I ask them if they can update my contract to that because I hadn't received anything yet.
Their response was, "No, You have to reject the phone and not sign for it. They must return it back to our offices - and then you must re-upgrade." ... Surely their systems can't be so outdated that they don't allow for changes on their side?

I rejected my Galaxy S4 from the delivery guy...
Any way to make the process go quicker or smoother?
I'll give my order # and stuff.
 
There are process to follow. The upgrade will need to be reversed and the IMEI of the phone reset to "unclaimed" and your upgrade date reset back to the date before the upgrade was done ... for this to happens the phone needs to be brought back into stock.

Yeah, I rejected the phone around 12pm Yesterday.. How long do you think it will take for that process to be completed?

Not sure. If it was done in a shop it would be about 24 hours. Also ... they would have just used the same phone IMEI again after having the status reversed back to unclaimed.

Okay, cool. So I'm hoping it will be cleared by Tomorrow 11am! Otherwise only on Tuesday... Blehhhh... Thanks for some indication
