Help - Which a Laptop?

Ok... So my brother wants to by his daughter a laptop to replace her old dilapidated pos... So we are looking at rectron and there are two in his price range:

Basically she plays SIMS 3 (:sick:) :D ... Does the graphics on the Gigabyte make it perform better than the Samsung, or does the CPU/RAM speed on the Samsung using the HD4000 outperform the Gigabyte??

The Gigabyte will definately perform better for Sims 3.

My logic does tend to lean towards the Gigabyte with its dedicated graphics... but a 1.7ghz CPU vs 2.6ghz cpu is a big difference...
