Windows help shows:
Click the Start Menu tab. Under Privacy, select the Store and display recently opened items in the Start menu and the taskbar check box, if it isn't already selected.
There is no Start Menu tab and the Store and display recently opened items is disabled. Please need help in fixing this. Is there someplace else a setting that prevents changes to the Start and Taskbar properties?
