Help with 3D setup

Hi gents

I've been struggling with this for a while but haven’t been able to resolve as yet. I have:
Optima HD66 projector
VIP 3D Displayer (similar to 3d-xl converter)
PS3
3 year old dual core PC with Geforce 8800 GTS 640mb version

3D Blurays work perfectly! But I have a few 3d bluray iso’s which I’m battling to play. I’m looking for the full 3D experience not SBS.
My questions are,
what do I need to be able to play my ISOs through the PS3, or is it not possible? Or alternatively
What will I have to change on my PC to enable it to play my 3d ISOs?

Mount to virtual drive. Grab the content inside?

Won't play. I surmise it's the graphics card.
