If its the exact same then you can use Notepad++ and record a macro and just replay that a billion times.

i dont have Notepad++, but I'll download it and see if i can figure out what you're talking about.
But first, what do you mean by "if it's exactly the same"? Are you talking about the file I export from the scraper? If that, the values and rows change but the columns remain the same.

If you need to reperform the same set of keystrokes on each line then you can just do one line and repeat the actions X times.

If you say the information is stored in cells, why don't you use the "Fixed width" option to import the data into Excel?
A screen shot of your csv data will also help.
