Help with a replacement phone from vodacom

An any one here assist me?
Vodacom is suppose to as per cpa replace my phn its a iPhone

Repair centre say talk to advance repairs, advance repairs say talk to store as they want the phn box.

Phone is less than 3 monts old. Im insisting on a new phone and not a refurb as a refurb has no box with matching imei

Call centre refuses to assist , apparently they also have no supervisors ir managers as they are on leave or on lunch or in meetings

A new sealed phone is only issued if done under the OBF policy, and the OBF policy only applies if the phone is faulty within 7 days. If memory serves me right, Iphones is not covered by the OBF policy either as per Apple policies. Also how Iphones only has 1 year warranty while other handsets has got 2 years with Vodacom.

Under CPA customer has the right to request a new phone if handset is factory damaged or has hardware issues. the 6 month CPA rules apply and overrides the 7 day OBF policy. This was confirmed on radio by Wendy Knowler.

If you have a problem with CPA and the store contact Wendy Knowler, google her details and she will assist.

If phone was issued on upgrade, check page 6/7 for Device warranty information and OBF process description on the quote that provided. If a new contract, then you would have bee asked to sign certain forms detailing the same information on the handset being issued.

This... but vodacom refuses to speak to me, call centre just keep telling me management is in meetings, lunch or gone home. Repair centre tell me to call the repairs call centre.
