So guys, long story short. i'm in Dubai on Holiday and even though I went to Absa to clear everything, my bankcards don't want to work. Great huh?
So instead of spending hours on the phone with them I was thinking I could just Transfer money via my internet banking through Western Union and get it at a Western Union branch here. On their website it says you just complete the info and you will receive a number you take to the Western Union branch and they will give you your money. Is it really this simple? I don't want to do this and then have issues wothdrawing the money. Anyone have experience with this?
