Help with activating Unrestricted APN on MTN

Hi, guys wondering if any of you could help me, I am struggling to get an Unrestricted APN activated on MTN.
Do any of you guys know who to contact directly to get this activated, even my local store is struggling to get the forms needed from MTN.

Either Call 173(Prepaid) or 808 (Contract), I've doe it thru there in the past.

Alternatively use Afrihost which also runs on the MTN network but has better pricing.
