I have an 8520 with V5 OS.Up until yesterday i had no problems sending and receiving mail...now when i try to forward an existing mail, my contacts do not automatically come up when i start populating the TO or CC .The send option is also not available when i press the menu button. I can however send a new mail by opening my contacts and selecting the option of Email the contact.I can also receive mails without an issue.
This happened at the same time that i updated another application"whatsapp" and it failed to install correctly giving some java error message.
I have tried resending service books, battery pull, etc..still not able to see my contacts when forwarding mails ..
I tried downloading the V5 software from MTNSP so that i could maybe re-install the OS but during installing the software on my PC I got an error about Cab file could not open...not sure what to do now.
Please advise
