hi,could someone please help me

Heres the problem:

i was on official firmware V3.52 and i was trying to upgrade to V3.71 M33-2 while updating i got an Error msg (PSAR decode error pos=0x00B6DE90)after that the psp just went of and ever since then all i get when i turn it on is a black screen with the green power light on.

i have a pandora battery and magic memory stick tried making a new one 3 times but when i use it i still get the same error

There are people that charge R150 to unbrick psp's. No offence but if you bricked it trying to upgrade custom firmware, I suggest you let someone do it for you.
 
Is the recovery menu available? (Boot up psp while holding down R trigger)
 
Format memory stick using PC (via card reader), then recreate magic memory stick (that's where the problem lies) and it should work. If you need assistance, give me call on 0824198291.
