Hey Guys

was wondering if anyone can help with a problem i have with bridged mode. I gave a netgear DG834G and i am trying to run it in bridged mode and use PPPOE dialup. This works fine and fixes many problems i have but the only thing is OUTLOOK is giving me problems, is says it has no connection but everything else is ok a can browse and download fine??

Its probably just a simple setting anyone know how?

Go into your account settings, find the connections option and check to c which connection it is trying to connect through, it is probably set to Lan/Ethernet connection, it must be changed to your broadband connection...
should work

Why do you want to run your router in bridge mode ? Bridge mode is normaly used when connecting to another AP or router wirelessly ? Do you have a Ethernet ADSL modem (I'd recon you do) ? Then you should set the modem to do it's own PPPOE login.
