Hi guys need some help, when someone calls me, and I cannnot take the call I click the red phone button to cancel the call, problem is on the other person's side it doesnt go engaged, it beeps a few times on their side almost like you have lost signal, so they call me again.

Why doesnt it give an engaged signal, for example if you are on a call and dont have call waiting?

How would I get this changed?
Is it a Cell C setting?
And, on my other phone im testing it with, it says call failed, not sure if that means anything

Thanks

Is that for everyone? Might be the callers phone.

Also ported numbers beep. Flippen annoying. So if you number was originally with another network and then changed to Cell C later it will beep beep.

if call waiting is disabled, the incoming call "should" divert to your voicemail - assuming your voicemail is active..

i had a similar problem some time back - try this:

activate: "divert (calls) when busy" :
dial: *67*PHONE-NUMBER# send

usually best to divert to voicemail:
dial. *67*132# send
