I want to upgrade a Cell C contract and get a Ideos S7 Slim Tab.
My local stores (Pietermaritzburg) does not have stock and have not had stock for the last 3 weeks now. Everytime i go there, they say try next week.
Tried phoning Cell C Direct, they aslo have no stock & cannot say when they will have.
I was hoping to get this as a Christmas present, but thats out ther window now. I even PM'd the cell c rep on this forum, but he/she didnt even snswer.
I was hoping that someone can give me a number or e-mail address of someone at Cell C who can actually give me an asnwer to a simple question : 'when can i get a Ideos Tab'. What irritates me is that the staff a the shops and at the call centre have absolutely no interest in helping, all they say is sorry, no stock. I would have thought it was easy enmough to source a unit from somewhere & deliver.
I even tried calling Westville & Gateway & they dont have stock either. Im starting to think that Cell C is advertising something that they dont actually have.
A friend got the same tab from MTN in 2 days & i know that Makro has stock, but they will only do new contracts, not upgrades.
Anyway, If someone knows someone at Cell C who can work a miracle before Christmas, please let me know
