Can someone help me with this please. I can't seem to change my DNS as it says the WAN is disconnected. I can't find another menu to change it except in the WAN setting? It's a Vodacom Linkhub72. I could always do it on my old router

Why do you want to change your DNS, and what do you want to change it to?

If WAN is disconnected, then WAN is not being used, but rather something else.
I dont know Linkhub72 but most routers will have dns settings on the LAN settings or Advanced settings.

My concern would be that Vodacom have tweaked the software on the router, and trying to change the DNS stuff makes it have a small hernia and disconnect.

My thoughts too. It's a WiFi router and I have access via a simcard but find it strange that the WAN is disconnected. I've been through every menu item and it can't be changed anywhere else. My only option is to do it on the adapter settings in the OS for each device

Ahhh ok, yeah then VC would have locked the living shyte down on the software.

Your only real option will be to do it on each device.
