Help with Fibre backbone

hey guys

we have a 200M backbone multimode 8 core from 1 building to the other
our Cisco switches seem to pick up the link but the DSL i cant get a link on the convertors
ran a test on the line and its around 33.5dbm

Is that the problem ?
 
and i have tried switching the pairs cisco link comes up on all the pairs light shines on all the pairs but the DSL link i cant get wonder if its the dbm thats to high ?
 
Consuming fibre will not help much with your backbone.
If your backbone is bothering you see a musculo-skeletal medical specialist.
The fibre is for the digestive system, and for that you should see a Gastroenterologist!
