I'm trying to purchase something Amazon and it's asking me for an ID for the delivery address(image attached below). I'm having it delivered to my brother's workplace because it's his gift. Do I give them my ID or the person receiving the package?

As the screenshot says, it's all about customs. If you import goods more than three times, you need to have an importer's code from SARS. Capturing your ID here is how they track the number of imports you've made from Amazon.
