help with further studies

Hi everyone. I am lost and need some advice.
I have a BCOM degree from Mumbai(India) university. My SAQA certificate says the following :
Organising Field: Business, Commerce and Management Studies
Sub-framework location: Higher Education Qualifications Sub-framework
NQF Level: 7
Credits: 360

I visited a student counselor who advised me to apply for Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Business Management. This got rejected because : I dont have a major in Business Management with an average of 60% or more in the third year as well as passed Strategic Business Management lll.
When I asked how can I complete the subjects I got a reply "UNISA does not offer students an opportunity to complete modules for NDP (none degree purposes), all students who do not qualify for admission will have to consider an alternative path in furthering their studies. "

The student counsellor says speak to the student advisor and the student advisors are not replying to my email. I dont know where should I go now. I want to do something but it seems no one at Unisa wants to help.
What are my options ? is there someone who can guide me.
I just want to study further for the sake of getting a honors and later a master's degree. Don't care if it's through UNISA or some other university.

I was once in a similar situation.

I did a BCom CS IS at NMMU (old UPE) and applied to do BSc honors in computing at Unisa later. They told me the same, i queried it asking what constituted as a major (to the email that that message came from), a few days went by and i was accepted.


So keep emailing everyone, and if needs be go into a campus and make a fuss to whoever you find there.

facing a similar situation, they just say email the college because the UNISA cape town doesn't handle these queries.
