Help with getting Tutorials

Hi,

Im new with PHP /MYSQL.

I want to create a news system that will let users who are registered upload news, then the news gets automatically added to the site (pages are created automatically with the news) and maybe a latest news section.

Is there anywhere on the net that has a free tutorial on doing this?

Use a CMS (content management system) instead.. Joomla or Wordpress..

easier than coding it yourself..

No you should write it, if learning php is what you want to do. I recommend codeigniter framework and have a look as some tutorials from heybigname.com
