Help with Internet line

Hey guys

in a bit of a delima here i have a office that is in a residential area, we have around 40 staff, now we have a microwave link which is costing us a arm and a leg, i want to move to fibre but neotel tell me that its going to take 3 months

Is there not a service i can take in the meantime that will cover the 40 users and VOIP until i get fibre ?

Where are you based?
What exactly is the microwave link? Is it with Neotel or is it just a wireless connection supplied by a local WISP ?
I am assuming there is no ADSL if you have gone with microwave.
What is your definition of arm and a leg and cheap for running an office with 40 people?

Local connection by local Wisp 20Mbps
Cheaper than 28K a month
no adsl in area but we do have fibre
