You can leave it in the default 0 or change it to 1. Both go to the first category.

Yeah, the only problem is that I can only change the first 2 pages because it only has text. The rest of the pages I can't due to having responses already and will need to delete those responses in order to edit the pages which unfortunately I can't do.
But yeah, it does look good.
