Help with Mweb

Hi There. Hoping to get some advise. I have had this ongoing issue with Mweb for a few months. I have a 100/100 mbs line on Vumatel using Mweb for ISP. The problem is I am not getting anywhere near 100mbs. The service speed is really bad syncing at 8 to 15mbs.
I have tested plugging in my machine directly to Vumatels CPE box and running a speedtest which shows my full speed. As soon as I go CPE -> Mweb Modem - > PC ...I then get the low speeds. The connection is via lan cable.

Vumatel say there is no issue on their side and Mweb have been slow to react and dont know exactly what is the problem.
Anyone perhaps have any suggestions or has encountered the same issue? I am at a point where I need to cancel Mweb.

Yup. Had the same issues way back on uncapped DSL. Wait until you hear about the 30 day cancellation notice ;)

You won't get answers out of Mweb, its as simple as that. If Vuma has confirmed that your line is 100%, the problem is obvious. The solution is obvious too.

I can recommend Cool ideas based on other people's reviews and RocketNet based on my own experience.
 
I have a capped 500gig account with MWEB. They asked for screenshots of my speedtests which I have given so many times. Then the last few days they want to see and I kid you not...a video of my buffering issues. Seems the speed tests where not sufficient for them. So if I have no buffering issues but slow speeds they expect me to still be paying them and be happy. The service is just so so poor.
