Help with new ADSL line

Hi

I just got my ADSL line. I tested it with a USB ADSL modem about a week back and it worked.

So today I received a router (Netgear DGN1000) and connected it with my phone line and pc.

And this is where I need help, I completed the set-up, till the part where you enter the ISP settings.

I am with openweb, So I chose the PPPoE connection and typed in my username and password and also the DNS server addresses. I checked the option to get my IP dynamically from my ISP. I also left the service name blank.

After I click apply, nothing happens. If I click test the status is just waiting. The line is syncing at 372kbps down and 123kbps up.

Any help would be appreciated.

That down speed is a problem. my billion has 0.0.0.0 in the IP address field.
what is your VPI and VCI set to 8 and 35?
Also try enter the DNS IP's amnually IMO.
