Help with Outlook 365 on Mac

I use Office 365 on a Mac.

Received some emails this morning, tried to "Reply All" to one of them and the Mac got slow.

I ended up closing Outlook as it was misbehaving, then upon reopening, I have no emails.

I deleted the Account and then readded it - it isn't doing anything as far as I can tell.

Logging into the Web App, all my emails are still there, happily, so I haven't permanently lost them.

Anyone else experienced this though? Any suggestions?

Using the Web App is not really a solution for me.

Ok so I deleted the folder cache which didn't seem to do anything. On checking Sync Status, it was downloading a bunch of items, but not displaying anything. I eventually just restarted the Mac and this seems to have resolved the issue.

All of my emails are present and accounted for as far as I can tell.
