Help with OUtlook express

Can anyone please help here. OE does not allow user to type on a reply email. I have check most (if not all options). PLease help.

when a user reply's to some emails, Outlook express does not allow her to type anything. This only happens to some emails, not all.

I've seen this happen in Outlook - solution was to use another external email editor (Word 2003) for the problem to be solved.

Have a look at using Mozilla Thunderbird instead of using Outlook.
