So I installed a new cpu cooler today and now my pc is not booting and the motherboard
diagnostics LED's are saying memory error. I have tried 3 different RAM sticks in all the RAM slots
but no luck.

System Specs:
i7 870
Biostar T5XE
4gb Kingston Ram
128gb SSD
1.5Tb + 500Gb HDD
Club 3D HD6870

I tried two other 2Gb RAM modules on their own as well but no luck.

My pc would also never be able to use both 2Gb module or a combination of the 4gb and 2gb modules, it would recognize both but would say whatever was in the A1 RAM slot would be useable.

Edit: Rebuilt the pc and now everything works fine but it still only able to use one memory module.

Could you tell us what kind of RAM configurations you've tried?
eg. 4GB DDR3 1333MHz CL9 1.5V in Slot A1 + 2GB DDR3 1333MHz CL9 1.5V in Slot B1

Make sure that you don't have a grounding issue where the heatsink is touching the case at the back.

I have tried:
Kingston ValueRAM 4Gb DDR3 1333MHz CL9 1.5V in A1 + Kingston ValueRAM 2GB DDR3 1333MHz CL9 1.5V in B1
Kingston ValueRAM 4Gb DDR3 1333MHz CL9 1.5V in A1 + Kingmax 2GB DDR3 1333MHz CL9 1.5V in B1
Kingston ValueRAM 2GB DDR3 1333MHz CL9 1.5V in A1 + Kingmax 2GB DDR3 1333MHz CL9 1.5V in B1

I have also tried them in A2 and B2 but then i cant boot.
