Hi gents, just checking if there's anybody about with guru level knowledge on R that might be able to tutor or advise a friend?
RStudio is a free and open-source integrated development environment (IDE) for R, a programming language for statistical computing and graphics. RStudio was founded by JJ Allaire,[5] creator of the programming language ColdFusion. Hadley Wickham is the Chief Scientist at RStudio.[6]

There are zillions of online tutorials, if you know any other scripting language then it's not difficult to learn. The science behind the math and stats is the most complicated aspect.

Is there anything specific being asked?

I expect my tutor rate may be a little high. ;). I may be able to answer one or two questions if PMed though. R does tend to be used somewhat uniquely in terms of the level of functional processing and crazy index manipulation.

Just get your friend to do a course on it. Lots of free online courses available. Tell him to at least try to teach himself before he asks others.
