Help with Rainbox Six Siege (XBox)

Good day kind people of myBB.
My SO is having trouble getting into the Multiplayer with Rainbow Six Siege on the XBox.

I have gone through all of the FAQ's on Ubisoft's website (however vague they may be), so I've opened up ports, tried wireless / wired connections. Even tried our spare modem (always seem to have one laying around). But I've had no luck so far.
He can play UFC and Forza online, but not Rainbow.
