Can someone help me. I need to connect the telkom box, the one with all the wires, to the keystone box, the small box with the RJ45 cable. 20151222_154914.jpg20151222_155010.jpg

What do you want to achive by connecting the RJ45 wallbox?

In 99.9% of cases you would use the middle pair (so on the RJ45 - 4 & 5)
It look like RJ12 not 11, and you should use the Red and Green in the picture for the telephone line (1 Pair)

Connecting a RJ11 in a RJ45 jack doesn't work well, and you can make your own "converter" cable from RJ45 to RJ11 if you want.

If you want to extend the telephone line over a network installation, then I would make converter cables on each side, RJ11 - RJ45 and RJ45 - RJ11, and plug it at the wall and the patch panel, make sure the network point doesn't run through a switch.

The wallbox is made for a telephone and it looks a lot cleaner, hence the reason for wanting to use it. And I had a RJ45 cable laying around so. Thanks for the info, will give it a go.

So long you use the middle pair of the connector, you should be ok, shout if you need help!
