My setup is as follows

HP Micro server

Old Setup

(C\) - 250GB - OS installed (downloads are on this drive until processed)
Script is run to process and move files
(H\)- 2TB Ext - All content is moved from C\ to their folders and sub folders (Movies - Tv Shows etc)

So last week I ran out of space on (H\) so I bought an Internal 3TB....this is where all my problems started
Installed the drive etc but now when setting up Sickbeard how do you make it scan 2 different drive locations for series?
As drive (H\) is full, I copied the TV shows folder with subfolders (excl content) to the new drive (D\) and changed the relevant settings for all new episodes to go to this drive.
Also manually added a nzb and now I see that the script no longer works

Now all my shows don't download any more and sickbeard obiously shows that the old episodes are skipped or missing.

Also get this error on Sickbeard - ERROR SEARCHQUEUE-RSS-SEARCH :: Invalid SAB host, check your config: nonnumeric port: ''

I use NextGenNews as the provider

New setup

(C\) - 250GB - OS installed (downloads are on this drive until processed)
Script no longer works
(H\)- 2TB Ext - contains all old downloaded series and movies (Movies - Tv Shows etc)
(D\)- 2 TB - New Episodes
(E\) - 756GB - Moved all the movies from (H\) to this drive

The 3TB I bought is split into (D\) 2TB and the extend partition is (E\) 756GB

Can someone help me out please.....i'm having withdrawal symptoms from no new episodes

You can't have one show split over two drives. I move continuing shows over to the new drive when I add one. It takes a bit of shuffling to get the space used efficiently but it's not too hard.

The error you're getting is unrelated. "Invalid SAB host, check your config: nonnumeric port" means your SABNzbd settings in Sickbeard aren't right. Specifically that the port you specified isn't a number.

You can split a show over 2 drives but sickbeard can only use one of the locations. I split Top Gear over 2 drives, old episodes on one drive and new ones on the other but I could only point sickbeard to one location. It shouldn't affect downloads but Sickbeard might report episodes as missing that aren't in the selected folder.

I checked the config.ini file and it is set to 8081

At some point you may want to consider raid or jbod, to make your many data drives look like one drive, which will make all of these problems much simpler.

For example, my media folder is 10TB by now.
Code:
root@fs1 /tank/media # du -hs *
  45G Backups
 1.8G Cisco
 291G Downloads
  18M Drivers
  13G Illumos KVM Images
  10T Media
  13G Operating Systems
 832G ToSortCopied
du -hs * 0.84s user 7.95s system 3% cpu 4:49.94 total

Still can't get it right..... Can anyone assist via Teamviewer
