Help with Samsung Star

I have just received my Samsung Star and what an issue. The first call I made was to 258 to check my account information on MTN. That was ok untill I was requested to press 1, 2, 3 to select an option.

Being a touch screen I tried everything but could not find a way to press 2 as this is a * touchscreen phone. I read the user mnual but coulod not find a way to manage this

Hope here is some one who know how to do this. If you do please help.

I'm thinking your screen's still locked.

On the right side of the phone there is a button called hold. While on a call press this button to activate the screen, press the keypad button on the screen and bingo the keypad appears.
