Help with SBS2003, relaying emails

I am having an issue with SBS2003 and Exchange. I have Exchange set to pull mail from a few external email boxes, one of which is linked to a universal distribution group consisting of domain members and contacts with email addresses that exist outside the domain.

The problem is that the external users are not receiving email from the group.

What am I doing wrong ?

Try telnet on port 25 to your exchange server (SBS2003),Ehlo > mail from: your email address and recpt to: one of the contacts email address, this might give you some incite.
