Help with setup

Hey guys I have the following and need some help with setup in BIOS.
Obviously there are a lot of settings and I do not know enough about it to start fiddling.
I do not want to OC just want to enable what needs to be enabled.

I have AHCI enabled.

Running:

Asus P8Z68-V/Gen 3
Intel Core I7 2700k
8 Gigs DDR3 Ram Patriot G2 - PC3-12800 1600MHZ kit
Vertex 3 SSD 120gig - connected to SATA 6gb/sec port
AMD 5870
