help with SMC7904WBRA-N router

Congrats with your purchase. I am using the same wifi/adsl/router for almost 4years now with no problems whatsoever. Back in 2006 it was well over 1000rand. How much did you pay for it? And by the way, which settings are you struggling with? The thing is 'plain vanilla' to set up. (provided you have some idea how networking works) Is not 'plug and play' as some recent models are. Unfortunately I can't remember exactly which settings are where - (because the thing works so well, over the years I forgot the menu structure.) Its IP address is 192.168.0.2.1 . I forgot my password though. (i think was 'admin' or something) If no one can help you in the mean time, I will ask my 10year old daughter to 'sort it out' after she finishes her home work, tomorrow afternoon.
 
hey, thanks, i figured it out... now its working fine and everything is synched to it.

it was the VPI/VCI settings that had to be changed... to 8/35. now everything is working and im playing left 4 dead with a avg 20 ping!!! hehehe...
 
o yeah, cost me R720. don't know if it was a good price, but until i get my billion from telkom it will have to do!!!

Im using the same router for a while now and would like to know what software i can use (free) that monitors bandwidth usage by PC/mac address. See i have someone who lives with me now, and i have given them internet access but I want to limit them to a certain allocation or speed only,
