Help with Telkom SA e mail and spam

1) Seeing as though you are using a free, non-branded email address, register a GMAIL one.
2) Send everyone you know an email informing them of that your email will be changing to the new GMAIL one.
3) Problem solved.
 
No real good way around it.

Best to just move to gmail.
